HOTEL KIMBERLY TAGAYTAY, Tagaytay City – A Smart Stay in the City

Our family of 2 adults, a teen, and a pre-teen found the hotel to be clean, spacious, and comfortable with a variety of towels available. The lack of a universal socket for plugs other than the US flat-type plug was a minor inconvenience. The service was friendly and accommodating, although we expected more from a 4-star hotel. The location, while great for families with kids and outdoor activities, was a bit far from the main Tagaytay tourist spots. The dining experience was good with food better than expected. The facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and came with complete toiletries, but there was an issue with burst electricity that left us in the dark late at night. The staff didn't address the problem promptly. The service was attentive and helpful, especially from the friendly farm staff. The location, although clean and great, felt a bit isolated and far from the main tourist area. The dining options were okay but lacked variety. Overall, the facilities were decent.

They were clean and offered good value for money. The service, while polite and accommodating, needed better management as cleaning was rushed and noisy kids disturbed our peace. The location, though cool and enjoyable with pools and an animal farm, was away from the main tourist hub with heavy weekend traffic. Dining was a highlight for our elderly family members, making the long journey worth it. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel had its charms.
